Who is the Agribusiness Employers Federation?
The Agribusiness Employers’ Federation (“AEF”) is an employer organisation which has represented  the interests of employers in the Agribusiness Sector since 1942. AEF is an independent non-profit organisation.

How can AEF help your business?
AEF assists employer members to increase the productivity of their business  by providing timely, professional industrial relations advice. .

The most common areas where we assist members are:
• Provision of strategic advice on workplace reform
• Unfair dismissal representation
• Negotiation and certification of enterprise agreements
• Preparation and processing of Australian Workplace Agreements
• Provision of training courses

In addition, AEF manages industrial relations and human resources projects for clients, such as compliance  audits.
